There is an old adage that says March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb. There is nothing particularly scientific about this-it's really just referring to the hope that Spring is just about here and in the next few months the weather will keep getting better and better until summer has officially arrived. In Oregon, that might mean we get less rain and warmer temps, but hey, it's still Oregon. Rain on the 4th of July is not unheard of.
So, where ever you happen to live or are planning to travel in the next few months, make sure you're prepared for that Spring/Summer rain. Remember, April showers bring May flowers, and Summer Rain is a pretty well known song title.
